OPTEC's Lumbitec LSO & TLSO is designed to support your patients at every stage of their recovery. The comfortable Lumbitec orthosis is made of a highly breathable cotton-rich fabric. Lumbitec has front & back moldable polymer panels, rear & lateral anatomical stays and a unique patented traction closure system which allows for maximum compression with minimal effort. Lumbitec provides compression to unload intervertebral discs, immobilize and restrict unwanted motion.
During progressive stages of rehabilitation, the detachable polymer panels can be removed to create a corset with flexible stays. The remaining flexible stays can be adapted or removed to provide your patients with the desired support and a custom fit. Lumbitec is available: LSO & TLSO, Eight (8) Unisex sizes; Standard or Mid-profile height; Neutral or Pendulous abdomen.
